sir,
ours is love marriage in 2006, without dowry.
after 1 month of marriage she (my wife) left me and went to her parents home . after 9 months male child born. upto today she is with her parents . in 2010 after mediator talks she is ready for divorce and demanding 3 laks as maintanance. but iam a small private employee iam not able to give 3 lakhs. finally iam ready to arrange 1.5 lakh.
but she not accepted. recently she got government job. now i decided to file divorce case sir,
please guide me sirin court under desertion ground. iam ready to take my son 4years aged to my custody

if your ready to live with her or not ? if you not ready to live with her, you may pay maintenance in your kids up major, wife cannot ask maintenance when she is get job, same time you only prove it she is get job in govt sector. meanwhile you have any interest to continue with her marriage life you can file RCR case against her.

you can not take the custody of the child before he age of 5 years of the child and you must pay the maintenance to your wife if she files a case against you.
