Sirs, My father was purchased one plot from Mr Ramanna on 1984 on basis of minor guardian is a my mother in the name of our younger brother at the time of purchasing the plot he is a 2 years old ( age of two years) the sale deed is showing wrong boundaries my younger brother now he is a major age of 25 and the same plot my younger brother was sold to Baburajendra Parasad on 2005 ,Baburajendra prasad was sold to Renuka K S on 2010, now my interest is purchase schedule property from the Mr Ramanna what is indian law relating to this ?
