Tenant Registration with corporation

Is there any law that if the owner and tenant jointly register with the city corporation then in case the tenant refuses to vacate, the police will help with the eviction? Is it required by law to register with the corporation?

Owner name has to be recorded in the corporation records under the municipal acts or other local authorities Acts. But tenant name not required to be registered in any corporation records. However, the corporation authorities may records the nature of the Property if it is in tenancy for the purpose of tax assessment of such property.
