Arvind Singh Chauhan (Expert) 05 May 2011
that nobody can change paper later. or nobody can add more sentence on remainig gap.
Guest (Expert) 06 May 2011
To avoid any addition or alteration at later stage by any of the parties. Any page without signature of both the parties can be tampered with by any party and can become the cause of dispute any time later, if that differs with each other's copy of the agreement.

And more so the person who is signing the same may not say that he had not read it prior to signing the same. and under stood the contents of the same.
RAJU O.F., (Expert) 09 May 2011
For the benefit and protection of all parties of the agreement, all parties must sign in all pages, to make it valid and enforcible.
