Judiciary Exam Experience of 7 years

Dear Friends,

Any advocate who has ben practicing at Bar is entitled to appear in Higher Judiciary exam after 7 years of the enrolment and practice. Such Advocates also include the Law Officers and APO and APP. The relevant Case law is "Sushma Suri Vs. Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi & Anr., (1999) 1 SCC 330;"

Experince at bar means Advocate enrolled under advocate act.Its mot disputed whether he is employed under law firm or in psu?
