sir, my friends shop has been siezed by the authority in his absence on a card holders complaint as he is up to date in his distribution intensely authority booked the case against him in presence of police. Issuing notice in which 6a casehas booked agnst you asakin the reply.Know as he is innocent in this case the auhority forcefully booked the case now he wants to approach the court what he has to do in this regard.

First ask him to approach, a local lawyer in his area, with all the relevant documents, the latest notice etc. The lawyer after studying the documents would suggest the appropriate course of action.
