certificates missing

sir, my grandma expired on 4.3.11. She have a post office deposits & bank deposits . the both deposits have nominee available . some deposits no nominne. the deposits certificates is missing. how to get certificates and claim. she has five daughters . the deposits in five nominees. Any Proceedures. The Nominee is apply for duplicate certificates .

Nominees will have to apply for duplicate certificate along with filling in the claim forms by providing certificate of death of the holder of the certificates to claim.
In the case of certificates without any nomination, either all the hiers have to apply for equal shares or one of them can become claimant providing consent of other natural hiers in the prescribed form, besides applying for the duplcate certificates.
