I want a recent judgment about jurisdiction in case of maintenance u/s 125 of crpc between father to son.
I am a lawyer please help

father can claim maintenance from his son,but the place of filing will be the working area of son ,not in the residential area of father.If the place of working of son and the residential place of father remains same then that is the proper forum of filing the same case.
