hello, experts..........

whether tax practice advocates are eligible for enrolled as oath commissioner to attest the varoius documents, affidavits etc.

As per my view Tax practice advocate is eligible for enrolled as Oath Commissioner.

If you are not in a roll of Bar Association of concerned court then you can not be enrolled as oath commissioner.

For enrollment as an oath commissioner the court concerned appoints the oath commissioner on the verification of the bar association that desired advocate is practicing in the concerned court and member of the Bar Association.
