Hai , I am senthil frm Kollam lon last year my mother files a partition suit asking 3/4 th share would belong to her and injection against not to stop the running bussiness and a new construction against my grand mother. I am staying with my grand mother since from my childhood , so we filed against the partition suit to equal partition betwween them and cancel the injection saying not to construct any new building before partition. But they construct the entire building nw . Now we want to stop the bulding usage from them so please suggest me legal opinion

firstly it is not injection the correct word is INJUNCTION
Injection is administered by a Doctor and not by a court.
if there is some interim injunction orders qua the property in dispute and violation is being done of the injunction orders then approach the court, with a contempt application, which passed the interim orders.
