defamation

sir ,
can i get some citation against the defamatory statement which done against the practicing lawyer ,
fact is , in objecton to the claimstatement opposite party mentioned this lawyer is like postman ,now i want ot file suit and PCR ,
in this regard can anybody help me to get citation

send a notice , take a certified copy of the said document and file a suit for damages/defamation.
