(Querist) 29 January 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Stap paper purchase date is 29.01.2011 for Rental agreement.

Execution date is 30.06.2011
Rent payable with effect from 01.06.2010.

I know you could understand what i mean to say. Please clarify maximum days for execution of deed form the date of stamp paper.

Comence ment before the stam paper.

I belive these date machanism will aplly for even partnership Deel.

You can sign a agreement with retrospective effect.
