respected sir,
I request you to kindly enlighten me about the precautions which needs to be taken when there is inter - caste marriage and both parties did not know about each other's background.
Is pre-nuptial agreement is an answer to it ?
what other precautions can be taken before actual marriage ? I mean legal documentations and its type.
I need your urgent legal expert advice in the matter.
