Dear Experts,

When I can file an appeal to the judgement of the case filed under the provisions of DRC.

From which date and how to file?

And whether I can file writ for the same without going into appeal?

Whether it is 30 days from the judgment or 90 days please guide as I am fresher in Court.
I need it urgent.

yes u can file an appeal before the appellate authority from the judgment of rent controller within 30 days from the receiving of copy of decree and judgement subject to calculation from the date of order and filing for certified copy of it and its receiving
