annonymous letter with false name

under a false name (the person was later identified by his handwriting)a leeter was sent against a collegue which resulted i nthe compan y stoping the retirement benifits like medical ,trave lfacilities with out conducting any enquiry.can a demamation be filed against that person who sent the allegation with a bogus name by getting his signature verified by a handwriting expert/forensic and can a case filed against him?

sir the person had signed in hindi so how do i go about getting him for handwriting verification.do ii make a police complaint first to get him to be available for handwriting test who does it how do i go about it?

file a complaint to register FIR or you can approach Court also u/s 156(3) for FIR or section 200 as a complaint case directly in Court.
