punishment of misconduct

Guest (Querist) 09 January 2011 This query is : Resolved
1.How does a govt. organisation decides amount of punishment in a case of misconduct?

2.What must be the punishment for a husband if he stands behind & supports his wife employed alongwith her, who is being harassed by senior officers ?

3. If they both dont wish to take part in inquiry being conducted by Complaints Committee, constituted upon their own complaint, Can it be treated as a misconduct ?

I request to Arun Bhagat to refrain from this "immoral" query.

There are many criteria for deciding the same. And whenever any committee has been constituted and not taking part in it, it doesnt amounts to misconduct.

Also the decision of the Committee is not binding upon the complainants. If you are harrassed by any officials, then simple lodge a complaint to NCW and other respectable authorities.

And "I KNOW ...... it was a test" why you have written this and also where you are working as there are different rules and regulations for different states and sometimes help is to be taken from Central Act also.

You are in which service--- Central Services or State Service.

pl put your query only if you have faith and patience. I feel by using such words you are in a way abusing those who wish to respond to you. There are many good lawyers to answer your query but you need to have patience.
