The property which we (third buyer) intend to buy do not have first chain of agreement. In the absence of first chain of agreements, what documents should be procured to make the title clear and also to avail loan from Bank.

If the originals of those documents are not available, you can ask for the registration copies of them. They are as good as originals.

What do you mean by first chain of title? Without knowing the history of titile it would be difficult to sueggest the ways to plug the loophole.

i agree with Mr. Devajyoti. Legal position can be decided only by knowing of history of title.
