Whether Assailed means reverse side on the employer?

Dear Sir,

My services has been terminated during court proceedings and I filed the separate petition for Termination order. The Hon'ble Judge has remarked Termination assailed

Kindly inform whether its criticisim on the employer by the Court ????

Dear Anonymous,
The remark by the judge is neither criticism of the employer or favouring you. It is only stating that the matter pertains to challenge to the termination. Such a remark does not relate to any merit of the case, but about the nature of the case.
