Can any one guide me about Shop Act Registration in Haryana ( Faridabad), for Opening A Shop of Any Type in said state.
What is this registration and where it will be & How?
Is this mandatory for opening a Business or Shop?

Punjab shops and estabilshment act 1948 appplicabe with respect to the provisions related to the shops and estblishment or refer local shops and estbilihment act. or vist local municipality office for help.
