One of my Plaintiff is deaf and dumb and he cannot understand the pleadings. He is filing a suit along with his younger brother.
1. whether the younger brother can act as a Guardian to the Deaf and Dumb, since the father of the above person died long back and the mother of the deaf also acting against his interest?

There is no need of appointing guardian. The deaf and dumb shall file the suit and at the time of evidence he shall be assisted by interpretator may be his younger brother if the court appoints him.

evidence can be recorded with the assistance of a qualified person who can interpret sign language. Or in the alternative the person can give a power of attorney to conduct the case and permission under the CPC can be obtained.
