Co-option on Board of a Co-op. Society.

(Querist) 25 October 2010 This query is : Resolved 
Under tha Maharashtra Co-op. Societies Act,1960 is it necessary that a member cannot be co-opted on the Board if the term of the Board left is 1 year or less.If yes where are the provisions.
