Hi,

1) Can a land of a Private trust in Tamilnadu be sold by its heridatary trustee, by his sole discretion ?

2) What are the key issues for a person to buy the property of the trust ?

Whether the Trust deed should provide to sell the property of the trust?

If there is no such provision for sale of assets, will the person who buy the property get valid pocession (right of the property)

The leave of the District Judge is absolutely necessary u/s 34 of The Trusts Act before U can sell the property.
