Is there any provision of review against the rejection order passed by insurance company. can insurance company change its earlier order od rejection and accept claim partially/fully.

no. approach the consumer court with the order of repudiation in time.

No. However, you may approach to consumer Forum/ State Commission against the order of repudiation within the period of limitation from the date of having knowledge of repudiation. limitation period is two years. You may also approach against order of repudiation to insurance ombudsman.

is approach to insurance ombudsman an alternative remedy? or is it a substitute of consumer forum. if both options are available then does not it make a confusion, either consumer forum or insurance ombudsman. i wish to have clarity on this point since mr tomer has suggested ombudsman also. as i understand there are 04 options available having their pros and cons: ombudsman, high court, consumer forum, civil court. pl clarify.
