THE PURPOSE AND MEANING OF BOTH WORDS IS STAY ORDER AGAINST THE OTHER SIDE. CONTEMPT PETITION IS TO BE FILED SEPERATELY UNDER CONTEMPT OF COURTS ACT AND ENCLOSE THE COPY OF SAID ORDER WITH THE SAME. EXECUTION PETIITION CAN BE FILED SEPERATELY ENCLOSING THE COPY OF JUDGEMENT.IT IS CALLED AS DARKHAST. GOOD LUCK.

impugned order means the order that is put under challenge before the court. restraint order and injunction mean the same thing .there is no diffenrece at all. contempt proceedings can be taken only before the high court under the contempr of courts act.whereas execution proceedings can be tken beofre the court which passed the decree.

Impugned order: The order of a lower court which is under challenge in a higher court. Restraining order & injunction order: Both mean the same unless it is a mandatory injunction order. Mr.Subramanian has fully explained the position re:contempt & execution.
