what constitutes a written notice which is to be given by any one under any act in my case indian electricity act 2003?
What is the difference between a written notice and a published notice?
whether a published notice be substituted for written notice to be served in the manner prescribed under electricity act?

Notice can be either oral or written. Oral notices do not have standing in the eyes of law. Therefore, written notice is insisted upon. Where a written notice is insisted upon, notice be sent to the required authority by registered post acknowledgement due.
