Dear Sir,
I am staying in bangalore and have been verbally absued by the bankers and collection agency over the phone (can we get the recording from the mobile company or telephonic company ) conversation had been taken 10 days back.
Kindly let know the laws & by laws of collection agency and the banks follows.
Kindly brief me the guidelines of RBI and
are calls made to the customer is mandate to be recorded (is there any guidelines from RBI)

REGARDING HARASSMENT FROM RECOVERY AGENTS OF BANK,KINDLY NOTE THAT
1.YOU HAVE TAKEN LOAN FROM THE BANK AND ARE DEFAULTER HENCE BANK RECOVERY AGENTS ARE HARASSING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BY THREATENING AND ABUSING PHONE CALLS .
2.KINDLY NOTE THAT RBI GUIDELINES ARE THERE WHICH ARE NOT FOLLOWED BY THESE CHEAP RECOVERY AGENTS OF BANK.
3.YOU MAY FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE COURT MENTIONING ALL FACTS AND PRODUCING DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE AND PHONE RECORDS.YOU MAY FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SAID RECOVERY AGENT AND ALSO THE BANK AUTHORITIES.KINDLY NOTE THAT EVEN LATEST COURT JUDGEMENTS ARE DIRECTING THE SAME.YOU MAY GET THE COMPLAINT CAREFULY DRAFTED FROM THE LEGAL EXPERTS AND GET THE PROCESS ISSUED AGAINST THE SAID PERSONS.COURT WILL ORDER THE LOCAL POLICE TO INVESTIGATE AND REPORT ON THE SAID MATTER.YOUR PURPOSE WILL BE SERVED.GOOD LUCK.

Dear all,
This was the default of payment of credit card since 3 months ,least minimum payment was made ,the collection executive has promised me to reversal of all charges and convert the total outstanding inti Emi ,once the payment was made he started to avoid my calls ,when complained to nodal officer they deny that he had made any commitment .
After i complained to the nodal officer he called me back and abused me .
The bank are denying any wrong doing of their employee and covering them

COMPLAIN AGAIN TO NODAL OFFICER, ASK FOR ACCOUNT DETAILS.WRITE TO ALL DIRECTORS OF BANK AND PLUS ALL ABOVE ACTIONS SUGGESTED BY OTHER FRIENDS.
