how is a succession certificate made and what is procudure for making a certificate for a flat?

Succession certificate is issued for movable property only. As regard to flat is concerned, the succession with be on the basis of will or on the basis of law of Succession. That i.e personal law of succession or Indian Succession Act.

For succession certificate you have to make an application before the concerned District Judge making all other interested person as defendants.
