Need guidance for delayed payments act...

Can anyone please guide me on how to register for the Delayed Payments act with the MSME? Also, is there any maximum term within which we can raise our case with them??

Hi ,
You require Ssi registration and EM -2 registration. Limitation act will apply to your claim petition I.e 3 years from the date of last payment etc.
