dear experts i have some question relating to tenency.

1) our tenent has stopped giving us rent receipt from 1993.

2)the agreement is b/t my grand father and the tenent.

3)now the property belongs to my father who is the sole ower of the property.

4) the tenent has sublet the property to another person from 200.

5) can we now break open the shop and acquire the shop, as because the person is shop is not the tenent.

File suit for eviction of the tenant as he had voilated the terms of the lease agreement. More over it seems that lease period is also expired. You will definetly get the relief from the Court
