Dear Sir.
I am Going to purchase the property in lucknow vill-Navbasta Kala, Kashra No 339Ba,Ca. The Land was purchase by Company name Surya International Pvt Ltd from Farmer and they converted land 143 ZDLAR finance is aailable. Some expert is saying this land will not kharij Dhakil but saome saying it will happen. In bhulekh farmer name transfer to company name and some persone purchase land from company they also kharij dhakil there name. what can i do any one guide me
