Property not marked by draftsmen

Dear Sir,
I have a propety in Goa and it has been transferred to me. My name reflects on the 1 & 14 form. I have the sale deed too. So legally the property is mine. The person who sold the property to me is the owners son and the batwara was not made.The owner has a son and a daughter. Now the daughter and her husband claims that the property is theirs and they have put up a fence there.I have checked all the land records and my name reflects on the documents. It is 3500 sq mts property (total) and mine is 700 sq mts out of that. But which is mine is not demarcated. now they not allowing me to bring my draughtsmen to demarcate the propety.Please suggest what can I do??? My parents are very old and I need to start constructing the house as early as poossible, so that I can shift them there.All the lawyers I have met are asking me to put a case, I dont have the money to do that. I have saved up to build my house. Please help....

why you purchased undivided property? In the undivided property always that's type of problem stand. it is better for you that mutual with the other share holder or you take the path of law.
