Property card and 7/12 of the property

In a 7/12 and ferfar of the property name of the owner is there. But in property card , the name of the owner is different?
What is the action to be taken to include the name of the owner in the property card?
As the talathi is telling that in that area 7/12 of the property card get cancel.
What is step taken in that case by the owner?

In 7/12,two details appear;upper side is details of field and name of owner alongwith number of entries and lower part gives details of cultivator and crop. So if you want to confirm name of owner,you have to obtain entry of record of right. 7/12 is for agr.land and property card is for non-agr.land.If you want to put name of real owner,you have to obtain certified copy thereof and file appeal before the superior officer.
