Forced eviction by relative

Dear Sir,
I am a widow, living in Karol baag Delhi, which was taken on rent by my father in law in 1960 on rental basis amounting to rs. 100/- PM. My father in law & Landlord as well his legal hire(real) were expired in 1985. my bhabhi(wife of my husband elder brother) paid a rent in court. but know my brother in law( husband younger brother) along with landlord cousin's want to forcefully evict from my portion of this property & hand over the possession of this property to Landlord'cousin for some monetary benefit.
Now my question is that what is the remedy in my salutation for me?
I Can I file a police complaint against my brother in law( husband younger brother) along with landlord cousin's?

Yes you can but your relief lies in civil suit only wherein you have to file a suit for declaration and for injunction against forceful eviction.
