Society dispute

A society is registered in Uttar Pradesh having its registered office in Delhi. It is for literary and scientific purpose. Fresh election as per by laws has been announced. The council has inducted few members. My question is that which is the proper forum pertaining to the dispute related to eligibility of a newly inducted member. Can a existing member raise such dispute before the high court.

First of all apprise to the general body member about the irregularities along with Board members. if they don't take appropriate action, file complain before registrar and then before court.
