my father bought a house in chennai 7 yrs back by using bank housing loan. my grand parents and my two uncles along with their family(my father's two younger brothers and their wife and children).And my father's first younger brother(has died before 10yrs back)'s wife and her children were now staying in that house.my dad's relatives are saying in my house as tenants oly.but till this date they dint gave any amount.my father,mom,brother and me are residing in govt quarters in chennai oly.we are paying our bank loans every month.still 8 more years is there to pay the complete amount.now the problem is that my uncles are not vacating that house and saying that they are contributing some amount to my dad to pay that bank loan and they are having equal share in that house. All the original documents are in bank only. my uncles and grand parents are now claiming for equal share in that house by saying that above thing.pls give us a proper suggestion.got lot of confusions and problems because of them. they also threatens us by saying that they will kill we four if we tell this matter to anyone and all.so we gave complaint to police.when police asked my uncles abt that they said they dint told like that and all. My father is the eldest son to his family. but his parents also now threatening us to share that property with their other sons.pleas provide me the proper suggestion for this.

pls confirm me, now the aforesaid property which name in the sale deed? and if your uncle contribute any amount to loan or buy the house , he can proved it?. only thing your father having full rights in the above property after legal heirs full rights dont worry. if any help or clarification call my senior Mr.Ramesh Manikandan, Parries Corner, Chennai. 9841786197

thank you sir. property registered and all the other documents including the tax papers were only in my father's name. now the original documents are in the bank because of loan. till this date they dint paid any amount to us as contribution but they are saying orally as have paid some amount as contribution for the house. they are telling that they are paying us rental for that house every month and also saying thats not the rental but its the contribution for that house loan. there is no evidence for above mentioned things.But the real fact is they never pays any amount till this date about 7 years.we kept them in that house because of my grand parents and my uncles.we trusted them. now they were residing in that house only as a join family. but my father,mother,brother and me were staying in govt quarters.we gave petition to commissioner he redirected to concerned local police station.while enquiry,because of local and political powers my uncles and grand parents including ruling party politicians threatened us and finalised in written statement as that my parents should not go to that house and not to hold the property rights.And my uncles itself told that its a civil case and will handle it in court. but they did these things by threatened my dad and mom in front of police and politicians and got sign in that written statement. but we dint mentioned anything like shares and all in that statement. now we could not trust police department also.
we need proper legal steps and immediate action to take after this incident.
