Confusion regarding to go for bail or not in added section 302

i m getting two advices from every corner in supreme court order to add section 302 with 304B.. a person already on bail in 304B should go for bail in 302 or not?very confusing chapter?charges r not yet framed by the session court. what to do.

I'm not getting judgements that there is not need to get bail in 302...
please send me the judgements

if separate FIR or Charge sheet filed by the police then you will must get separate bail.

It is not necessary to get seperate order of bail. Since the activities are one and the same and bail is granted on the same set of facts by the court. This problem will arise only at the time of committal.

Getting bail in a cse u/s. 302 I.P.C.is difficult. Judgement cannot be helpful to you because you may not have thorough idea about Obitor Dictum and Rule which transpires from your query.
