Sir,

we do business in chennai at rent for past 10 yrs.

the Building is under "Tamil nadu Drivers Association" now the administration is changed under "adact" of some drivers(Commitee).

And the rent is doubled & threatening to vacat,

Is there any option to protect us

as per law 20% only increased ever year, if they are willing to vacate from you the premises then file RCOP cases against them, the case will take 2years time to finalized.

You can apply for fixation of fair rent in the Rent control court.

sir,

unfortunatly the premises is given by Government to "Tamil Nadu Govt.Dept.Drivers Central Association".

for drivers who comes from other district in Tamil Nadu.

we of 10 no"s for tenant are suffering from this.

It would be helpful that give me the details for rent court.
