Can the Registered Charitable Trust become a Properitor of the some business of other firm.
OR
Can the Registred Charitable Trust run business in diffrent name other than the name of the Trust.

yes it is possible and most of them do it.

trust is not a legal entity still the trust may manage the affairs and business related to accomplishment of the main objects enshrined in the trust deed.

For other business which relates to sole motive of gaining profits in trade, it is barred to to that being a charitable trust.

The acts of a charitable trust must be confined to acts which come under the definition of charitable works.
