In case of accidental death postmortem/autopsy report to be given to the
deceased relative within how many days?does
it differ from state to state?
pl.suggest.

NO it doesn't differ from State to State. The original PM report will never be given to deceased's relative because it will be handed over to police officer who is in-charge of the case and he will submit it in the court .
