Exemption under Caste

Could anyone please tell me the section under which exemption from court fees and other fees is granted to SC/ST and OBC applicants? It is rather urgent as I have to get exemption from court fee on the awarded amount.

Court fee is exempted only for indigent persons [Order 33 CPC] and it is exempted only for presentation of suit. I think in your case court fee is not exempted.

No caste based court fee. As my friend Mr.Naresh says indigent application can be filed or can approach free legal aid center.
