hello sir,
i have filed a criminal writ petition in high court and i got an order too. but in final judgment by mistake the hon'ble court has mentioned a petition pending which has actually withdrawn.
now i want to correct that error, i know that there is a provision in c.p.c. regarding to correct typing mistake in order by application but my petition was criminal so what can i do to correct the statement plz guide me.

Make an oral submission for correction. It will be done.
However I do not see any urgency to correct the mistake.

yes this is not at all important.

Prey the court through your lawyer in case of need.
Biswanath Roy (Expert) 12 March 2014
Oral application for correction of direction or order is possible but it is barred by High Court rules to correct any Judgement. But if any mistake is apparent in the Judgement that can be removed by a petition of REVIEW.

Patent errors can be made alright by the same court likewise the typographical error can also be rectified by an application.
