THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA HAS PUBLISH A NOTIFICATION REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE ON A/C OF MINNING FOR BRICK KILN OWNERS. PLZ CLRAIFY ABOUT THIS AND PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE.
