Employement on false certificate.

sir.,
if some one get govt job on providing false caste certificate, what cosequence he would face.
if he render more than 15 years service, after proving the guilty, is it recovered the entire salary provided by the management during this 15 years of service.

No provision is there for salary recovery but disciplinary proceedings as well as FIR can be initiated.
