Domestic voliences act

Good Afternoon learned members.
Sir, In the domestic violence act[DPA} sec 3 and 4 and 498A IPC, the accued 1 to 5 had been arrested and they had come out on bail. and the charge sheet is also submitted before the hon'ble court.
Now can the concerned plaice station officer withdraw accused 3 to 5 names from the charge sheet. the case is registered in Andra{AP}
And what is "B Report"?

came out on bail , charge sheet submitted. SO APPLY DISCHARGE FOR A 3,4,5 in concerned court. Police cannot.
