Can I transfer my DkT land to my sons and daughters? if yes what is routes for transfer gift,will etc.. i am getting old I HAVE documents 1B,PATTA ETC..

The DKT land cannot be sold or purchased; it may only be used for agricultural reasons. However, you may transfer the DKT land to your legal heir under the updated laws and regulations.

Yes the DKT land cannot be transferred or alienated under the act, but there is no restrictions in the legal heirs inheriting the same.
