in cases of divorce by mutal consent it is upon both the parties about how they wants the custody of child and what is the consideration of Jevenaammsam / maintance
about illegual sex u can get it registard under ipc but be sure with proof otherwise it can be harmful

The position of the child in mutual divorce would be determined by the terms on the which both the parents would agree.

During the subsistence of marriage even if the wife make se*ual relation with anyone other than her husband , she would not be prosecuted though the said third person would be booked under law.
