Whether you are a product manufacturer looking for new distributors or a sales professional eager for a new challenge, this Distribution agreement will help to protect your interests.

The agreement regulates and records the relationship between the parties and provides for an exclusive or non exclusive arrangement within a specified geographical area. Not to be confused with a sales agent the distributor buys product from the manufacturer to on-sell at a profit.

A solid Distribution Agreement can protect your business by defining the relationship with your distributors and shielding you from potential liability. In fact a well crafted distribution agreement should be the foundation for the continuing relationship between the supplier and the distributor.

Our professional documents which include easy to follow instructions, give you the confidence that your interests are protected. The entire terms and conditions qua the rights and liabilities must be mentioned therein.

Are the rights of the distributor only limited to what is witten in the agreement. ... or are the distributors protected under some law also ?
Chanchal Nag Chowdhury (Expert) 29 July 2010
The contract between the parties is the main document binding the parties by its terms & conditions unless it is barred by any other law.
