dear sir,

I was completed my S.S.L.C then, obtain a valid diploma which has been approved in state government

Now i want to know,

May i applied for the post which has been fixed as Hr.Sec is a mininum qualification.

i.e. Diploma is equal to Hr.Sec or not ?

is there any judgement or G.O. regrading about my quary

can you treat H.Sc as equivalent to a Diploma?

First of all, only if the rules mention "H. Sc., or equivalent" you need to explore the question whether Diploma is equivalent to HSc. Please check with the instructions first.
