In my case prosecution witness was giving a depostion in the court and other witness was sitting in the court room when depostion was going on. After that turn comes for other witness to depostion in same case. That time question is arising that first witness deposition is not credible beacuse of other witness was sitting in the court room when depositon was going of first witness in same case.
so how is effect in this point in my case and any ciation for that crediblity of witness?

How the credibility of the witness deposing in the court can be questioned if another witness is also sitting in the court room. Has the witness deposing has asked any reply from the persons sitting there. No then no question can be raised about his credibility.
had you raised question of the sitting of the other witness in the court room at that appropriate time or would have prayed to the court not to take his evidence on that day because he was listening the answers of the first witness and to defer his evidence for some other day then you were on right track.
