Sir,

From Chennai we want to issue form H to the dealer out of Tamilnadu for the Financial Year 2005-06.

Can we issue a single form for the full year?

please guide.

Dear Sir,

As per Central Sales Tax Act, You can issue One H form to one dealer for the whole financial year.
